Welcome to the ICCP site for Intel Employees

Research has shown that better trained employees, more confident of their skills - and professional and ethical in their approach, lead to better solutions within their organizations.

Senior managers in innovative companies are seeking proactive partnerships with their employees to allow their professionals to gain self confidence by knowing how they rate against the best professionals in the world.

The ICCP is working with Intel to assist the organization in achieving its goals of continuous quality improvement when dealing with its employees and its customers' needs.

Through the ICCP employees are able to assess their skills and map their "knowledge and strengths" – resulting in a comprehensive skills chart prepared for each individual. Subsequently, by jointly planning a professional development program to fill in "the gaps in their skills and knowledge," an informed approach can be taken for planning effective training with their Manager and HR department. The result is a clear career direction beneficial to the employee and congruent with organizational objectives.

This, then, can become part of a formal performance appraisal – agreed to jointly and assessed periodically using consistent standards.
